These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyStageX platform operated by VIVARA SAS ("MyStageX", "we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Service description
MyStageX provides AI-powered event photo delivery using face recognition to match guests to their photos. The service is intended for professional event photographers and their clients.
Biometric data
The platform processes biometric data (face recognition vectors) solely to deliver personalised photo galleries to event guests. Guests must provide explicit consent before biometric processing occurs. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Acceptable use
You must use MyStageX in compliance with applicable law, including GDPR and French CNIL guidance on biometric data. You may not use the platform to process data without lawful basis or guest consent.
Governing law
